        Click the forgot password link on the sign in page to reset your password.

      • How do I apply for a job at Tilura?

        We're not currently hiring, but you can send us an email with your resume and we'll look into it

      • I have a problem. Can you assist me?

        Just send us a mail or call if it's urgent, and we will happily assist you.

      • I can't find the project I am looking for in the dashboard

        Please reach out to your project admin. You may be deactivated or deleted from the project

      • Do I have to use two-factor authentication?

        Two-factor authentication is mandatory for all users. We take security very seriously and we hope you do too.

      • An employee has left the company, how do I remove them from the platform?

        You can either deactivate/delete them from all relevant projects, or you can ask us to deactivate the user

      • Can we expect more features in the future?

        Yes, we are constantly working on improving the platform. We have a roadmap that we follow, and we are always open to suggestions.
